Professional Alloy Wheel and Rim Repair

Bent Wheel Straightening

For eligible wheels, CTSA offers hydraulic wheel straightening to carefully restore the wheel to an appropriate shape. Straightening is performed using specialized equipment and is only recommended when the wheel can be safely repaired.

Not every bent or damaged wheel can and should be straightened. If our inspection determines that a wheel cannot be safely restored, we'll let you know rather than recommend a repair that could compromise its integrity.

Curb Rash and Cosmetic Damage Repair

Curb impacts can leave wheels with noticeable scratches, gouges, and scuffs. While this damage may not always affect the wheel's structural performance, it can significantly detract from the appearance of your vehicle and accelerate rusting and deterioration.

Depending on the wheel and its finish, repairs may include surface preparation, refinishing, and powder coating services to repair damage.

Alloy Wheel Refinishing

Our Wheel Repair Process

1. Bring or Ship Your Wheels to CTSA

You can bring your wheels directly to our Indianapolis facility for evaluation. Walk-ins are accepted. If you're unable to visit our shop, wheels can also be shipped to CTSA for evaluation.

2. We Evaluate the Damage

Our team will inspect the wheel for structural and cosmetic damage, including bends, scratches, curb rash, corrosion, and finish damage. We'll determine whether the wheel is a candidate for repair and which services are appropriate.

3. Receive a Quote

To help us provide an accurate estimate, we'll need information about the wheel and its condition. Photos are particularly helpful when requesting an initial quote.

For the most accurate quote, provide the following:

Photos of the damaged areas
Wheel size
Make and model of the wheel, if known
Description of the damage
Number of wheels needing repair
Desired finish or color
Any other relevant details about the wheel

4. Repair and Refinish

Once the repair is approved, our team performs the necessary work at our Indianapolis facility. Depending on the wheel and damage, the process may include straightening, cosmetic repair, refinishing, powder coating, or diamond-cut CNC finishing.

After the work is completed, your wheels will be ready for pickup or shipment back to you, depending on the arrangement made with CTSA.
